Green Cities to Come in Malaysia

In the future Putrajaya and Cyberjaya will become Green Cities inspired by Copenhagen and Malmø.

The Malaysian Government has chosen Putrajaya and Cyberjaya to become Green Cities reports CSR Asia.

The model of Green Cities are seen several places around world for example in the Danish capital Copenhagen and in Malmø in Sweden.

But how the Malaysian Green Cities will be designed has not yet been decided as there are several factors to observe. According to CSR Asia: “There are geographical, environmental and cultural aspects that need to be considered.”

The prospects of the project is to make a make the future more energy efficient and lower carbon emissions.
